The AILIS capsule is the only AI-driven imaging device in the world designed to identify changes in breast tissue. This non-invasive system operates without radiation and delivers results in just 10 minutes, with the potential to transform breast cancer detection.

Experts from the National Oncology Institute in Kraków are conducting tests on this innovative device, which could revolutionize the early detection of cancerous changes.

Non-invasive, radiation-free technology delivers results

The tool developed by the AILIS startup aims to detect signals indicative of breast cancer at an early stage. According to specialists, it is the only non-invasive method of its kind in the world that may prove to be more effective than mammograms and ultrasounds, which are currently widely used for diagnosing breast cancer.

If the tool successfully passes the next stages of clinical trials, Poland has the opportunity to make significant changes in oncology.

A promising advancement that could change breast cancer diagnostics for women worldwide

As the creators explain, AILIS is a modern, AI-based, non-contact method for safely detecting breast cancer in women, serving as part of a comprehensive health monitoring system for breast tissue.

The system consists of research procedures, algorithms, and diagnostics that provide a thorough analysis and diagnosis.

The AILIS examination is conducted non-invasively, painlessly, without ionizing radiation, and lasts only four minutes.

Designed particularly for young women with dense breast tissue, AILIS aims to offer effective screening for all women, regardless of age or breast composition, and was developed by an interdisciplinary team of Polish scientists, doctors, AI experts, and biomedical engineers.
