Investigators confiscated nearly 185 kilogrammes of clephedrone, with an estimated street value of around PLN 9 million (EUR 2.1 million, USD 2.2 million), public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported on Wednesday.
Two suspects were caught in the act and detained during the crackdown near the southern town of Pyskowice, Poland's Central Bureau of Police Investigation (CBŚP) said.
Prosecutors charged the suspects with participating in an organised criminal group and producing large quantities of illegal substances.
Following a court order, both men were remanded in custody.
The investigation remains ongoing, authorities said.
