Warsaw’s XIV LO and Kleszczów tech school top 2025 national rankings

The 2025 “Perspektywy” rankings have named XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Stanisława Staszica in Warsaw as Poland’s best high school and Technikum Nowoczesnych Technologii im. Jana Pawła II in Kleszczów as the country’s top technical school.

The annual review, now in its 27th edition, assesses schools based on performance in subject competitions, as well as standardized exam results. For technical schools, vocational exam scores are also considered.

  2. V LO im. Augusta Witkowskiego, Kraków
  3. XIII LO, Szczecin

Known as a powerhouse in mathematics, physics, and computer science, Staszic in Warsaw has frequently topped the ranking in recent years.

Top-ranked tech schools

  1. Technikum Nowoczesnych Technologii im. Jana Pawła II, Kleszczów
  2. Technikum Łączności nr 14 im. Obrońców Poczty Polskiej w Gdańsku, Kraków
  3. Technikum Mechatroniczne nr 1 im. Piotra Drzewieckiego, Warsaw

The Kleszczów technical school, specializing in mechatronics and automation, earns first place for the fourth time. Educators and students from the top-ranked institutions were recognized at a ceremony hosted by Warsaw’s SGH (Warsaw School of Economics).
