According to investigators, the suspect from Wińsk deliberately attempted to cause a road disaster by driving his car into a group of people on the town’s promenade in the early evening. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Złotkowski, a known recidivist with prior convictions for drug offenses, property crimes, and assaults against life and health, is now believed to be hiding abroad after domestic searches failed to locate him.
If convicted, he could face a prison sentence ranging from six months to eight years.
