The question asked in the survey was "Do you believe that after concluding peace with Ukraine, Russia will not commit another act of aggression against any European country?".

66.8% of Polish respondents said "no", 14.7% said yes, and 18.5% had no specific opinion on the matter.

Over the past 17 years, Russia has conducted aggressive military operations against European countries thrice. In 2008, it attacked Georgia after its attempts to seize control of the separatist South Ossetia. Following the resulting armed conflict, Moscow recognized this separatist republic, as well as another one - Abkhazia.

In 2014 Russia attacked a neighboring country again - this time illegally invading Ukraine and beginning the unlawful occupation of Crimea, as well as parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Finally, in 2022, Russia launched its unprovoked and illegal full-scale aggression against Ukraine, which continues to this day.
