The pomagamukrainie.gov.pl website contains a sign-up form for everyone interested in helping Ukraine, the Polish foreign ministry said.
More than 327,000 people have crossed into Poland from Ukraine since Russia invaded last Thursday, the Polish prime minister's office said late on Monday.
It added that all refugees were being admitted "regardless of their nationality and ethnicity."
The Polish interior minister said on Sunday that Poland would provide shelter to the families of Ukrainian fighters defending their country against invading Russian forces.
