This year's March for Life and Family in the Polish capital aimed to highlight the importance of children in society, broadcaster TVP reported.
Participants called for traditional Christian values to be upheld while opposing same-sex marriages, it said.
Paweł Ozdoba, a spokesman for the organizers, told reporters that the marchers sought to promote the view that "children are the future of the nation" and "a gift, not a burden" to parents and society.
Ozdoba has previously said that the annual march, which is now in its 18th year, is "a response to the crisis afflicting marriage and family," state news agency PAP reported.
