The complaint made by actor and journalist Krzysztof Luft, member of the Program Council of the state television TVP, protests that 80% of screen time in TVP is devoted to the ruling party with only 20% given to opposition politicians.

Luft claims this is not only in violation of the law governing state media, but may lead to questions about the legitimacy of the upcoming elections.

In response, TVP has argued that Luft has cooperated with former President Komorowski, a member of the opposition Civic Platform and that Luft himself is a former member of Civic Platform.
