Officers discovered the bodies on Saturday afternoon. Surrey Police confirmed that the three boys (including twins), all under the age of four, were related to the man and stated that, at this stage of the investigation, the incident is being treated as isolated and not involving any other individuals.

Chief Inspector Lucy Sanders told BBC London that they are working to determine the exact circumstances of the incident and that the families of the deceased are being supported by specialized officers.

The formal identification of the bodies is still pending, so the police have not released personal details. Nonetheless, British media disclosed the names and photos of the victims on Sunday afternoon.

The police have notified the immediate family, including the boys' mother, and are offering psychological support. Additionally, because of previous interactions with the family, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has been informed.
