In this edition of the magazine Ewa Rurarz remembers the chapter of her history back in 1981 , when her father Zdzisław Rurarz, then Poland's ambassador to Japan, asked for political asylum in the US embassy in Tokyo, following the introduction of martial law in Poland on December 13th 1981.
