Nowadays we are rediscovering time-honoured meatless dishes from all the regions of Poland, using lots of potatoes, groats, pulses, cabbage, and of course seasonal veggies and those sour pickles which we love so much; as well as adding lots of new tastes especially from Asian culinary traditions.  Agnieszka Bielawska and Elżbieta Krajewska discuss.
