The event has brought thousands of basketball fans wearing black and white San Antonio Spurs jerseys to Warsaw's Torwar venue. The fans were given posters and were able to dye their hair to match their favourite player's haircut.
During the meeting Sochan told his fans playing in the NBA was his childhood dream.
"Every young basketball player should think like that. We should not be afraid of speaking up about our dreams and ambitions," he said, adding that "the support of your family is also very important."
Polish basketball player Jeremy Sochan has been selected to appear in the 2023 NBA Rising Stars event, the NBA’s annual showcase of best young talent.
Sochan, who is an NBA rookie with the San Antonio Spurs, has been rewarded for his excellent performances for the Texas outfit.
