Poland will be the hosts for the game scheduled for March 21, Polish state news agency PAP reported.

It is the semifinal of Path A of the playoffs for Euro 2024, according to European football's governing body UEFA.

If Poland beat Estonia, they will play the winner of the other Path A semifinal--Wales, Finland, Ukraine or Iceland--in the Path A final on March 26, for a spot at Euro 2024, the PAP news agency reported.

The winners of the playoff Path A, B and C will complete the 24-team Euro 2024 finals lineup, UEFA said.

In the meantime, a draw for the Euro 2024 final tournament will be made at a ceremony in Hamburg, Germany, on December 2.

Poland missed out on a chance to qualify directly for Euro 2024, after drawing 1-1 with the Czech Republic in Warsaw on Friday, in their last qualifying game.

Poland won 11 points from eight matches in their qualifying Group E, which also included Albania, Moldova and the Faroe Islands.

The Euro 2024 tournament will be held from June 14 to July 14 in 10 cities in Germany, with the final played at Berlin's Olympiastadion.

The Poles, captained by Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski, are ranked 31st worldwide by football's governing body FIFA.
