Kubica unveiled his plans for the new season on Wednesday.
He is set to drive a Ferrari 499P for Italy's AF Corse team, in the WEC's top Hypercar class, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Kubica, 38, makes a step up from the WEC's LMP2 category, where he won the world title this season, driving for Belgium's WRT team.
He said he was "looking forward to the new season" and hoping to "make fans proud."
The 2024 WEC series will comprise eight events, starting on March 2 in Qatar and concluding on November 2 in Bahrain, the PAP news agency reported.
The WEC is the world's premier endurance racing series, according to the world's motorsports governing body, the FIA.
Kubica is also set to race in the 2024 European Le Mans Series, officials said.
Poland's Kubica has won one Formula 1 Grand Prix event and also competed in rally racing, before a serious crash in 2011.
After returning to the sport, he won the 2013 World Rally-2 Championship.
