Sofija Krajšumović gave the hosts the lead in the 65th minute, but Weronika Zawistowska equalised for Poland in second-half stoppage time.
Last Friday, Poland defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 5-1 at home in Gdańsk in their previous Nations League fixture.
Earlier in the tournament, the Poles earned a 2-0 victory over Northern Ireland and a 1-0 win against Romania.
After four rounds of matches, Poland lead League B Group 1 with 10 points, followed by Northern Ireland with seven, Bosnia and Herzegovina with four, and Romania with one.
Poland are ranked 28th in the world by football's governing body FIFA, while Bosnia and Herzegovina are No. 62 in the FIFA table.
Manager Nina Patalon's squad will take on Northern Ireland away on May 30 in their next Nations League fixture.
Later this year, Poland will join 15 other teams from across Europe for the Euro 2025 tournament in Switzerland.
Poland have been drawn to play Germany, Sweden and Denmark in the group stage of this year's European football championships.
The Polish team opens its Euro 2025 campaign against Germany on July 4.
