The 29-year-old Pole on Sunday produced jumps of 143 and 133.5 metres to capture his eighth straight World Cup podium and round off a perfect weekend.
Japan’s Ryoyu Kobayashi finished runner-up on Sunday, while Timi Zajc of Slovenia was third.
Poland’s Kubacki on Saturday won the weekend’s first World Cup competition at Titisee-Neustadt, ahead of second-placed Stefan Kraft of Austria and Japan’s Kobayashi in third place.
After 15 of 30 individual events this season, Germany's Karl Geiger tops the overall World Cup standings, with 886 points, while Kubacki is fourth with 764 points.
The 2019/2020 ski-jumping World Cup circuit, run by the International Ski Federation (FIS), now moves to Poland, where one team competition and one individual event will be held in the southern mountain resort of Zakopane next weekend.
Kubacki earlier this month became the third Polish ski jumper to claim the overall Four Hills Tournament title after soaring to victory in the final stage of the prestigious annual series in Bischofshofen, Austria.
