A 219.5-metre jump in the final round of the competition gave Żyła the second World Cup victory of his career. The Polish jumper previously won in Oslo on March 13, 2013.
Another Pole, Dawid Kubacki, finished fifth and Polish triple Olympic champion Kamil Stoch placed seventh.
Żyła is now ranked tenth overall in the World Cup standings, with Kubacki in third spot and Stoch sixth.
Stefan Kraft leads the table, ahead of Germany's Karl Geiger, after 20 out of 29 competitions scheduled for this season.
