Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the match between the World Cup qualifying Group E teams will be played behind closed doors in the Polish city on March 24, with kickoff at 6 p.m.
The game was originally scheduled to be held in the Estonian capital Tallinn.
It has been moved to Poland’s Lublin due to pandemic restrictions in Estonia, the IAR news agency reported.
Meanwhile, the Poland football manager has released a final list of 27 players called up for the team's first three World Cup qualifiers, against Hungary, Andorra and England.
Poland begin their World Cup qualifying campaign with a fixture against Hungary in Budapest on March 25.
