The game in the eastern city of Lublin on Sunday marked the first time Raków have won the national Cup title in their 100-year history.
No fans were allowed to watch the match from the stands at Lublin Arena amid the coronavirus pandemic, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Polish football stadiums are scheduled to partially reopen to spectators from May 15 as the country eases coronavirus lockdown measures.
The Częstochowa side will later this year face off against top-flight league champions Legia Warsaw for the national Super Cup title in a curtain-raiser to the next football season.
