Raczkowski, 37, will be one of 20 video assistant referees officiating during the Tokyo Olympics.
Football's world governing body FIFA at the end of last week announced a list of 99 male and female match officials from 51 countries for the competitions.
The women’s tournament kicks off on July 21, with Britain facing Chile, and concludes with the gold medal game on August 6.
The men’s competition begins on July 22, with Egypt taking on Spain, while the gold medal game is scheduled for August 7.
The tournaments will include the use of VAR technology for the first time at an Olympic event.
