Świątek, who this month became the new world number one in women's tennis, earned a perfect 6-0, 6-0 win over Andreea Prisacariu in Poland's international qualifier against Romania.
A day earlier, Świątek dispatched Romania's Mihaela Buzarnescu 6-1, 6-0 in the central Polish city of Radom.
In other matches, Poland's Magda Linette defeated Romania's Irina-Camelia Begu 6-1, 4-6, 6-2, and the Polish doubles team of Magdalena Fręch and Alicja Rosolska overcame the Romanian duo of Mihaela Buzărnescu and Andreea Mitu 5-7, 6-3, 10-5, giving Poland a 4-0 overall win in the playoff.
A total of 12 nations will compete in the Billie Jean King Cup finals in November.
