The top-seeded Pole saw off the 26-year-old French player 6-3, 7-6 in the championship match on Sunday to win his second indoor hard-court title.
"I think my game is getting better," Hurkacz said after the match.
He added: "I’m super happy with the way I competed today. I was able to come up with some good shots and good serves in the important moments, so I’m really happy with that.”
The 25-year-old Polish player is world No. 11 in the Association of Tennis Professionals’ (ATP) singles rankings.
Hurkacz in August 2019 won his first ATP singles career title in the Winston-Salem tournament in the US state of North Carolina.
In January 2021, he claimed his second singles trophy at the Delray Beach Open in the United States, and followed up with victories at the Miami Open in April 2021, the Moselle Open indoor hard-court tournament in the French city of Metz in September 2021, and the Halle Open grass-court event in Germany in June last year.
