The Polish goal machine, who plays for Barcelona and also captains Poland’s national squad, found the back of the net in the 83rd minute of the game.
With his 23 goals in the Spanish La Liga so far this season, the 34-year-old Pole comfortably leads the table among the division's top scorers, ahead of Real Madrid's Karim Benzema with 17 goals.
Barcelona have already secured the championship of the Spanish La Liga, clinching their 27th league title overall and their first since 2019.
Lewandowski in October won the 2022 Gerd Müller Trophy for the best striker of last season at the France Football Ballon d'Or Awards in Paris.
