The match will be played in Istanbul on Saturday night, with the same team of on-field officials as the World Cup final, European football's governing body UEFA has confirmed.
Marciniak will be the man with the whistle for the high-profile game, which kicks off at 9 p.m. Central European Time (CET).
He will be assisted by Polish linesmen Paweł Sokolnicki and Tomasz Listkiewicz, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Marciniak, 42, has refereed eight Champions League matches this season, including Manchester City's 4-0 win over Real Madrid in the semifinal second leg and Inter's goalless draw at Porto in the last 16, according to the Reuters news agency.
UEFA said last week that it was keeping Marciniak as the referee for the Champions League final after the Pole apologised for speaking at a business event linked to a far-right leader.
Marciniak in December officiated the World Cup final between Argentina and France and was praised for his handling of the match, according to reports at the time.
