Raków on Tuesday defeated the Cypriot team 1-0 away in the second leg of their Champions League round three qualifier.
Croatian right-back Fran Tudor scored the only goal of the match from a free kick in the 49th minute in Limassol, a city on the southern coast of Cyprus.
Raków defeated Aris Limassol 2-1 in the first leg of their Champions League round three qualifier last week.
The Polish champions will now play Danish side FC Copenhagen in the final round of Champions League qualifiers for a place in the competition's group stage.
Raków in May won the Polish premier league championship for the first time, while heavyweights Legia Warsaw, the most successful Polish football club in history, finished runners-up.
