Super Cup trophy tour kicks off in Warsaw this weekend

Football fans in Warsaw will have the chance to see the UEFA Super Cup trophy up close this weekend as it begins its tour around the city.

Warsaw's Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski invites residents and visitors to view the trophy and snap a commemorative photo. The tour kicks off at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track.

In a social media post, Mayor Trzaskowski showcased the coveted trophy, which Real Madrid and Atalanta Bergamo will compete for on August 14 at the National Stadium in the UEFA Super Cup final.

The trophy will be on display on Saturday and Sunday at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track, located at Puławska 266. Tickets are priced at PLN 13.

On August 3 and 4, the trophy will move to the Museum of King Jan III's Palace in Wilanów. Visitors can view it from 9 AM to 9 PM. Tickets are PLN 10 for adults and PLN 5 for concessions.

From August 6 to 9 (Tuesday to Friday), the trophy will be on display for free at the Palace of Culture and Science in the so-called ‘Marble Hall’ from 10 AM to 8 PM. It will then appear at Castle Square on Saturday, August 10, from 10 AM to 8 PM, and on Sunday, August 11, during the final of the 9th World Cup for Children from Orphanages at the Legia Warsaw Stadium, Łazienkowska 3, from 11 AM to 5 PM. The final stop will be at the Kahla Square Festival in Powiśle on August 13-14 (Tuesday-Wednesday) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
