Mirosław reached the top of the 15-metre wall in 6.10 seconds in Wednesday's final, beating Lijuan by eight-hundredths of a second. Kałucka finished third in 6.53 seconds.
In the heats two days earlier, the 30-year-old Mirosław set a new world record for women's speed climbing with a time of 6.06 seconds.

Mirosław's victory on Wednesday marked the first Olympic gold for Team Poland at the Paris Summer Games.
The Pole finished fourth in the women's climbing competition at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, narrowly missing out on a medal.
