Following Kozakowska's great victory at the Paris Paralympics, with a gold medal and new world record, the Brazilian team lodged a complaint that the cushion Kozakowska uses under her head was too large.
The Paralympic Committee has accepted the complaint and so both the gold medal and the world record have been withdrawn.

The Polish team has appealed the decision.
