Poland finishes 16th at Paris 2024 Paralympics

Poland has wrapped up the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympics with a commendable 16th place in the final medal standings.

The Polish athletes secured a total of 23 medals, slightly down from the 24 earned in Tokyo but demonstrating a stronger podium presence.

The team won eight gold, six silver and nine bronze medals. Polish Paralympians particularly shone in table tennis, athletics and fencing.

China dominated the games with a staggering 220 medals, including 94 golds, reinforcing their status as the leading Paralympic nation.

The United Kingdom followed in second place with 117 medals, while the United States secured third.

The top three positions mirrored the results from the previous Paralympics in Tokyo.
