OFFSIDE Bogdanka Volley Cup

Wilfredo León, silver medalist of the Paris Games and one of the best players in the world, has joined Bogdanka LUK Lublin this season after spending six successful years with Sir Susa Vim Perugia. OFFSIDE  spoke to him during the Bogdanka Volley Cup in Lublin, the event named after the legendary Polish volleyball player, Tomasz Wójtowicz.

Despite León not playing in the weekend matches, his presence drew massive attention of fans, especially younger ones. The tournament was a final test for Polish volleyball clubs before the Ekstraklasa season starts this weekend.
