The athlete has now set a new world record by climbing over 4,000 stairs at Varso Tower, which stands 310 meters tall, including its spire, and features 53 floors.

Krystian Herba attributes his latest success not only to the height he climbed but also to his improved speed, noting he was significantly faster than during his previous record.

He expressed satisfaction that the climb went smoothly without any extraordinary challenges and that he felt energetic afterward, thanks to his solid preparation.

With plans to break his record next year by aiming for around 4,500 stairs, he has already scaled 18 buildings across 13 countries on 4 continents.

Poland's Krystian Herba conquered 19th building in his career. The feat makes him 6 time  Guiness record holder who jumped up 19 buildings in 13 countries on 4 continents.

"I love sports. Many years ago I climbed the tallest building in Poland, the Palace of Culture in Warsaw - it's a legend of Poland's high buildings. And after this I decided to climb other buildings. And after few years I broke my first Guiness World Record in China, then I climbed many buildings around the world including Australia and the United States. It is still giving me much fun and that's why I am doing this" Krystian Herba told Danuta Isler ahead of the latest challenge.
