Herba, a native of Rzeszów in southeastern Poland, cycled up the tower’s 53 floors and 4,090 steps, conquering the 19th building in his career.
The feat makes him a six-time Guinness World Record holder, with 19 buildings conquered in 13 countries across four continents.

"I love sports," Herba told Radio Poland's Danuta Isler ahead of his latest challenge.
He added: "Many years ago, I climbed the tallest building in Poland, the Palace of Culture in Warsaw—a legendary landmark. After that, I decided to climb other buildings, and a few years later, I broke my first Guinness World Record in China. Since then, I've cycled up buildings around the world, including in Australia and the United States. It's still so much fun, and that's why I keep doing it."
