Świątek has withdrawn from the WTA 1000 tournament in Wuhan and the entire autumn Asian season due to fatigue and personal reasons, marking a pause in her competitive play since September 5.
The second-highest ranked Polish female player, Magdalena Fręch, moved up four spots to a career-high No. 27 in the latest WTA rankings.
Meanwhile, countrywoman Magda Linette retained her 45th place in the new world rankings, which were released on Monday.
