The Polish second seed dispatched the 153rd-ranked Croatian player 6-2, 6-2 in the second round of the women's singles on Wednesday after an hour and 16 minutes on court, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
Świątek, who won the clay-court tournament in Stuttgart in 2022 and 2023, had a bye in the first round.
She will now face the winner between American Emma Navarro and Latvian Jelena Ostapenko for a place in the last four.
Earlier in the day, countrywoman Magdalena Fręch advanced to the second round of the Stuttgart Open, with a 7-5, 4-6, 7-6 win over Italy's Sara Errani.
Fręch will next play American Jessica Pegula for a spot in the quarterfinals.
