They have been chosen from among more than 270 applicants to take part in the Conductors’ Academy event.
Kiniorska, 26, studied piano performance before she graduated in conducting from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.
She regularly takes part in master classes, including those given by the likes of Marin Alsop, Carlo Montanaro, and George Tchitchinadze, and has already worked with various symphony orchestras.
This is yet another success for young Polish conductors in recent weeks.
Earlier this month, two Poles took the top prizes at the La Maestra International Competition for Women Conductors in Paris.
Anna Sułkowska-Migoń, 26, came first, and Joanna Natalia Ślusarczyk, 36, was second.
