The new website, which is run by Poland’s Documentary and Feature Film Studios (WFDiF) with funding from the Polish Ministry of Culture and the European Union, comprises 160 feature films, 71 documentaries, and 474 animated films and TV shows, all of which have English subtitles.

The project, dubbed 35mm.online, includes such classics as Andrzej Wajda’s Man of Marble and Krzysztof Kieślowski’s Three Colours trilogy.

The collection also features an impressive 3,108 episodes of the Polish Film Chronicle, a newsreel series that was shown in cinemas across Poland from 1944 to 1994.

An app for Android and iOS mobile devices is also available for download.
