The deal between Warsaw City Hall and the developer was clinched on April 4.

The PLN 117 million (EUR 25 million, USD 27 million) project will involve converting five historic buildings previously used by the former Institute of Veterinary Medicine, building a new concert hall, and arranging a garden at a site now used by the renowned Warsaw orchestra.

Elżbieta Krajewska spoke to Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski and the head of the Sinfonia Varsovia orchestra, Janusz Marynowski.
