The collection contains press clippings, posters, medals, photographs and various other memorabilia loaned to the Polish museum by the artist’s great-granddaughter Marisa de Lempicka.
The artifacts will soon make up an exhibition entitled Tamara Łempicka Beyond Borders.
The National Museum in Lublin aims to not only bring the work of the Art Deco icon to the Polish public, but also establish a research centre focusing on her legacy.

In 2020, Łempicka’s Portrait de Marjorie Ferry sold for over 16 million pounds at an auction in London, setting the record for a work by a Polish artist.
