A festival which has unbrokenly been held since 1946 in this southern spa town, inviting renowned pianists to play on a stage where Chopin himself once performed, when he came here for the waters and the air to improve his health. Artistic director of the Festival for 32 years, Maestro Piotr Paleczny is talking to Elżbieta Krajewska also about preparations for next year's jubilee 80th edition scheduled, as always, in August.
