They are Harry, Albert, Sam and Jack, the sons of a Polish-Jewish shoemaker who emigrated overseas in search of a better life from the village of Krasnosielc, central Poland.

Krasnosielc was the birthplace of Harry, Albert and Sam; Jack was born upon the family’s arrival in Canada.

2023 marks the centenary of the foundation of Warner Bros, a company which revolutionalised the film-making industry. In 1927, Warner Bros. produced The Jazz Singer, a movie which heralded the era of sound films.

The roster of cinema stars who had collaborated with Warner Bros. includes such greats as  Elisabeth Taylor, Doris Day, Humphrey Bogart, Joan Crawford, James Dean, Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Stanley Kubrick and Ronald Reagan.
