Opened on October 14, this grand exhibition is unlike anything Poland has seen before, turning the art viewing experience into an interactive voyage through the lives and works of Vincent Van Gogh and his contemporaries.

The exhibit, a multi-sensory spectacle, seeks to engage a younger audience by presenting the masterpieces of impressionist and post-impressionist artists such as Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, and Paul Gauguin, among others, in a more accessible and engaging manner.

In a dedicated space, which exceeds 2,000 square meters, some 3,000 paintings come alive on walls, floors, and columns, through the use of high-resolution projections paired with enriching sound effects, giving visitors an enveloping experience.

Guided by the voice of actor Arkadiusz Jakubik, the exhibition invites its audience to delve deep into the nuances of each artwork, allowing an appreciation of every brush stroke and the emotions encapsulated within.

The exhibition employs advanced technology, including virtual reality (VR), enabling visitors to transcend time and enter a world which these artists once inhabited.

For example, art historian Karolina Michałowska highlighted the emotional turmoil experienced by Van Gogh, and emphasized the depth and variety of intimate experiences with the artworks that the exhibition offers.

The show is more than just a visual feast. It facilitates various forms of interaction with art, allowing visitors to step into Van Gogh's room, touching the elements of the paintings and even taking photos with their favorite masterpieces. It brings together the iconic works of Van Gogh and seven other monumental artists of the impressionist and post-impressionist periods, celebrating the diversity and richness of their creations.

The exhibit will run until January, providing a limited but unparalleled opportunity for enthusiasts to witness the magnificence of these timeless art pieces in an extraordinary setting.

Tickets are available for purchase online or at the venue, promising an approximately two-hour-long journey through the illustrious worlds created by these legendary artists.
