The 350-ton vessel was carried to the museum on self-propelled modular transporters on Thursday, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
The ORP Sokół's journey through the streets of Gdynia lasted four-and-a-half hours, providing a rare sight for onlookers.
After leaving the city's PGZ Shipyard last week, the submarine was moored in the harbour over the weekend, attracting local residents and tourists alike, the PAP news agency reported.
Now the ORP Sokół, which helped protect the Polish coast between 2002 and 2018, will be available for viewing at the Museum of the Polish Navy from June, officials said.
