This new release promises to be a romance that transcends traditional boundaries, offering a thought-provoking and sensory-rich experience.

"Światłoczuła" tells the story of Agata and Robert, two individuals whose lives intersect in the most unexpected way. Agata, played by rising star Matylda Giegżno, has been blind since childhood. Undeterred by her lack of sight, she works with teenagers in a youth center, free-dives, and embraces life with unbridled enthusiasm. Robert, portrayed by Ignacy Liss, is a renowned photographer who seemingly has it all—career success, fame, and recognition—but feels an inexplicable void.

Their chance meeting during a photoshoot sparks an inspiring journey towards self-acceptance and the courage to be authentic. Agata teaches Robert to perceive the world through all his senses, while he encourages her to open up to new and unfamiliar experiences. Together, they confront their personal limitations and past, fighting for what truly matters—love.

The film is produced with the support of the Polish Association of the Blind and the Polish Film Institute.
