The musicians involved in the tour, including Michał Szpak, Andrzej Piaseczny, Natalia Kukulska, Grzegorz Hyży, Kayah, and Kuba Badach, issued a brief statement saying that the decision to cancel was difficult but necessary due to unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to hold the concerts at the expected high standard.

In the statement, the musicians apologized to fans for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation and reassured them that tickets would remain valid.

According to a revised schedule, the concert in Kraków, originally set for December 22, will now take place on January 19, and other events will be rescheduled for new dates in different cities.

The organizers said that all changes have been carefully planned to ensure the highest quality of the concerts, and the new date for Kraków – January 19, 2025 – is now confirmed.

"We would like to inform you that the Christmas Time! Concert in Kraków will now take place on January 19, 2025, at 6 p.m. This decision was extremely difficult but necessary due to unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to hold the event at the originally scheduled time with the high quality you expect from us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause. Tickets will remain valid for the new date," the official statement said.
