Although Możdżer and Fresco are virtuosos from different musical traditions, they have managed to find a common language, creating a unique fusion of sounds between Middle Eastern percussion-based music and improvised melodies rooted in European classical art.

Zohar Fresco, known for his precision, sense of tone, and rhythmic freedom, finds an ideal partner in Leszek Możdżer, whose innovative approach to the piano and unique sound brings a new dimension to their shared sound experiments.

Both musicians, with extensive stage experience, have been collaborating since the 1990s, creating a fascinating intellectual exchange of musical ideas and friendly encounters on stage.

Their joint concert is organized by the Polish Institute in Rome and the Musica per Roma Foundation, in cooperation with the Polish Embassy in Rome, to celebrate the inauguration of Poland's presidency in the Council of the European Union.

The performance is scheduled for Friday, January 17, at 9 p.m. at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in the Italian capital.
