The scaled-down five-stage 891-kilometre long race starts in the city of Chorzów in the south of the country.
It will end in the historic city of Kraków on August 9.
The first leg of the annual event will see cyclists cover a 195.8 km route starting in Chorzów and ending in Katowice in Poland’s southern Silesia region.
The remaining stages of the 77th Tour de Pologne will end in Zabrze, Bielsko-Biała, Bukowina Tatrzańska and Kraków.
Polish rider Rafał Majka, who won the 2014 Tour de Pologne, is among those competing in this year’s edition of the race.
Other top names for the race include Colombia’s Richard Carapaz, the winner of last year’s Giro d'Italia, and world road champion Mads Pedersen of Denmark.
The International Cycling Union (UCI) at the start of May unveiled a revised calendar of the elite season after racing was suspended earlier this year due to the coronovarius pandemic.
The Tour de Pologne was originally scheduled for July.
