The seven-stage race will start in the eastern city of Lublin and end in Kraków in the south of the country, race director Czesław Lang said on Thursday.
The first leg of the annual race will see cyclists cover a 216 km route starting in Lublin and ending in the city of Chełm not far from Poland's eastern border with Ukraine.
The remaining stages of the 78th Tour de Pologne will end in Przemyśl, Rzeszów, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Bielsko-Biała, Katowice and the historic city of Kraków.
Polish rider Michał Kwiatkowski, who won the 2018 Tour de Pologne, has announced plans to compete again this year.
