Fręch, who is ranked world No. 92 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), will next face Romania's world No. 18 Simona Halep for a place in the fourth round.
Meanwhile, Poland’s world No. 1 Iga Świątek has booked a spot in the third round of the women's singles at Wimbledon with a tough three-set win over Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove of the Netherlands on Thursday.
She next takes on Alizé Cornet of France.
Świątek in 2018 won the Girls' Singles title at Wimbledon.
