Meanwhile, the minimum hourly rate will go up to PLN 22.80 (EUR 4.85, USD 5.15) effective January 1 and PLN 23.50 (EUR 5.00, USD 5.30) as of July 1.
The country’s minimum monthly wage rose to PLN 3,010 at the start of this year, from PLN 2,800 in 2021.
Meanwhile, the minimum hourly rate in Poland is currently set at PLN 19.60, up from PLN 18.30 a year earlier.
The average gross Polish monthly wage in November was PLN 6,857.96, the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) office reported this month.
