The barbaric scenes of civilian killings in the northwestern Ukrainian towns of Irpin and Bucha, as well as further sanctions on Russia, topped the agenda of a press conference held by Kuleba and his British counterpart Liz Truss at the British embassy in Warsaw on Monday.

The British foreign secretary, opening the conference, expressed shock at the appalling acts by Russian invading forces in Ukrainian towns, saying it was essential for the international community to provide continued support to Ukraine.

Kuleba, meanwhile, said that footage, harrowing photos and other evidence of civilian killings from the town of Bucha were "just the tip of the iceberg.”

Russia has denied responsibility for the civilian killings in Bucha, calling it another provocation by Ukraine.

“All the photos and videos published by the Kyiv regime in Bucha are just another provocation,” the Kremlin said in a statement.
